University Village Retirement Community, Thousand Oaks is located among the rolling green hills and coastal breezes of California's Ventura County. Developed on over sixty acres of natural preserve, this high end community is surrounded by majestic rock outcroppings, natural streams and grass-covered hills and valleys. The Custom Silk Oak Trees and Olive Trees created by the artisans at Make BeLeaves coordinate beautifully with the live Oak and Olive trees throughout the grounds.
